NO SURPRISES ACT
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you are planning to opt out of insurance or pay out of pocket, you will be provided a cost per session for services.
You may also elect to have an extended therapy session that is in addition to services that are reimbursable throng your insurance. You will need to sign a Private Pay Agreement for Extended Counseling Therapy Sessions. The cost for extended session will be provided to you at that time.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
